Priory Park, NW6
Rear Extension, Loft Conversion & Full Refurbishment
This project in Queen’s Park comprised a substantial programme of works to a Victorian property, including:
- Structural alterations to support a new rear extension and loft conversion
- Installation of a new staircases and strengthening of existing floor structures
- Full internal refurbishment, including new services and finishes throughout
- Bespoke glazing systems
- Bespoke wooden kitchen and other joinery elements
- Polished concrete flooring
The scheme demanded close coordination between structural, architectural, and finishing trades to deliver a high-quality result. Particular attention was given to detailing and finishes, including oak cladding, extensive bespoke joinery, and exposed timber beams, all executed to a very high standard.
The completed project represents a comprehensive upgrade to the property, combining modern performance with contemporary character.
We are pleased that this project was recognised and featured on the cover of the October edition of “Grand Desings” Magazine 2025 and in „Architects’’Journal” under the name “Fawcet House.”.
