Side and Rear Extension & Full Refurbishment

The project comprised the construction of a rear outrigger extension together with a full refurbishment of the existing property. Works included:

• Extensive structural alterations, including removal of existing walls and installation of new supporting steelwork.
• Complete roof replacement.
• Installation of bespoke joinery items including kitchen units, under-stair storage, and a fitted window seat.
• Timber feature beams
• Formation of pocket doors and an operable skylight to maximise space and natural light.
• Full internal refurbishment including finishes, fixtures, with original-style lighting.
• External landscaping works, including construction of planter benching, seating, and associated detailing.

The combination of structural works, bespoke joinery, and high-quality finishes has delivered a robust and functional extension with integrated modern features.
