Rear Extension & Full Refurbishment

This extensive project involved the construction of a new rear extension and a comprehensive refurbishment of a four-storey property.

Scope of Works:

• Significant structural works to accommodate the extension and internal alterations
• Installation of extensive glazing, including bespoke semi-circular rooflights and an overhanging roof design
• Full mechanical and electrical upgrade, including new wiring and underfloor heating
• A bespoke kitchen
• New flooring finishes throughout including concrete flooring and oak chevron parquet.
• Complete refurbishment of all bathrooms and bedrooms across four levels

Finishes & Materials:

The project employed a palette of natural colours and materials, including microcement, wood, and marble. Combined with abundant natural light, these elements create a warm, modern environment and establish a seamless, harmonious connection between the interior living spaces and the garden.
