• We are particularly experienced in all areas of professional basement construction – up to and including areas exceeding 2,500 sq ft. We are approved installers of the ‘Delta’ basement membrane system and are fully conversant with all aspects of heavy underpinning project planning and implementation. Our projects include works in particularly ‘sensitive’ areas of London, including Chelsea and Knightsbridge areas. We understand the importance of maintaining good relations with neighbours and reducing disturbance to the minimum possible.
• We are fully conversant with all aspects of roof works, including: complete re-roofing, construction of additional upper floors, loft conversions. We are also experienced in various types of roof construction (Mansard etc.) and various bespoke or standard balconies.
• At JK Construction, we regularly work in major domestic and/or commercial refurbishment projects and alteration projects of varying size. This includes working within various planning / conservation / listed building constraints.
