Flexible Contract Options
At JK we pride ourselves on our flexible approach to each client and their particular needs. We are happy and capable to offer a number of contract options, including:
Traditional Procurement
These are typically JCT or can be individually tailored contracts working with your existing advisors.
Time Dependent Tendering
If time is a critical factor, we can rapidly deploy on site on an initial contract basis. As the full design is completed, a second phase of works can then be agreed.
Assisted Design
While the initial design or concept has been developed, we can assist in development of the design / specification, followed by accurate costing of the project.
Full Assisted
Design and Build
Our experts can assist you from the very early stages of initial concept through to planning and design. We can assist with obtaining all relevant permissions (Planning, Party Wall, etc). Drawings and full specification can then be agreed. JK Construction will then build to this specification.
