We are delighted to introduce another exceptional project completed with passion and dedication.

This mid-terrace house in a conservation area needed a full general refurbishment throughout the property to accommodate the client’s needs.

Due to the fact that this is a listed building, the project was subject to a number of restrictions, all of which were managed effectively and efficiently.

The project needed a full refurbishment, replacement of all services, plumbing, electrics, fit out of the bathrooms, full redecoration, parquet flooring with some internal alteration including a unique designer ensuite bathroom, a conservatory with original historical bricks, and a highly detailed design with bespoke fitted joinery.

All the above aspects have created a beautiful, warm home, combining a heritage building and the client’s desire for the modern look by adding designer furniture and a number of vibrant pieces of art.
