This high value project involved extensive structural basement works in order to create a new kitchen / diner opening out into lovely courtyard rear garden area. In addition, significant structural re-development of existing basement area to create: luxurious master bathroom with sauna, new utility room housing new heating (megaflow) system and new bedroom. New bespoke joinery and heating system throughout the property in addition to installing new re-claimed flooring on all floors. The project finally included replacement of many external windows doors and full re-decoration both internally and externally. Extensive renovation of existing stairs / handrails (French Polishing etc.) etc was also undertaken.
