In addition to our Construction and Structural work, we have specialist teams with the skills to carry out all aspects of general building works, including full ‘fit out’ of projects. We can help with all aspects of both internal and external general building. Whether the works involve roof works or fitting out a building ‘shell’ construction, we have the staff to complete your project on time, to a high standard throughout. Particular areas may include:

• Internal wall (non-structural) construction; ceilings; roofing.
• Flooring: We have experience with a wide array of flooring materials, ranging from Dalsouple rubber tiles to over-sized re-claimed Oak floorboards. We are also experienced in integrating underfloor heating systems into an extensive range of flooring structures.
• Windows and Joinery: We work with a number of specialist joiners who can meet you exacting standards for both bespoke and standardised window and joinery needs.
• Heating Systems: We are experienced in all aspects of specification / installation of new heating systems and alterations to existing systems. All relevant works carried out by ‘Gas Safe’ certified installers. We are also specialists in all types of underfloor heating in a large array of floor types.
• Hot / Cold Water Systems: We can also assist in new installs and/or alterations to hot/cold water systems. We have particular experience with guaranteed pressure systems (independent of mains pressure). These include break-tank pumped pressure systems and accumulator systems.
• Gas / Electric / AV installation: At JK Construction, all gas and electrical works are carried out by fully registered staff to the exacting standards you would expect. We are conversant with high-end design systems in both Gas and Electrical areas.
• We also have experience installing full AV systems including: Sonos, full internet systems, home automation, cinema installations etc. Please discuss your requirements with us for more details.
• Basement Fit-out: We are experienced in installing full membrane waterproof systems to basement constructions. As approved ‘Delta’ installers, you can have the confidence of their 30 year guarantee on all waterproofing materials and up to 10 years insurance backed installation works carried out on your basement.
• Roofings Works: Whether repair or installation of a new roof, JK Construction can help with full external and internal construction. From internal walls to new floors, we can complete your project ready to final decoration. (See Finishing).
