At JK Construction we maintain specialist teams who can help from the earliest stages of a project, through to the final lick of paint.

Time Dependent Tendering
If time is a critical factor, we can rapidly deploy on site on an initial contract basis. As the full design is completed, a second phase of works can then be agreed.
While the initial design or concept has been developed, we can assist in development of the design / specification, followed by accurate costing of the project.
Design and Build
Our experts can assist you from the very early stages of initial concept through to planning and design. We can assist with obtaining all relevant permissions (Planning, Party Wall, etc). Drawings and full specification can then be agreed. JK Construction will then build to this specification.

This two-phase works involved: construction of full basement and garden lightwell: Addition of raised garden patio and Mansard Roof; Extensive re-modeling of internal structure and provision all new services.
This high value project involved extensive structural basement works in order to create a new kitchen / diner opening out into a lovely courtyard rear garden area. In addition, significant structural re-development of existing basement area to create: luxurious master bathroom with sauna, new utility room housing new heating (Megaflow) system and new bedroom. New bespoke joinery and heating system throughout the property in addition to installing new re-claimed flooring on all floors. The project finally included full re-decoration both internally and externally.
This project involved lower the existing basement and installation of a new bathroom, utility room and office. It also involved the construction of a new hardwood rear extension and ground floor internal ‘light-box’ centred bedroom. Extensive internal alterations and high-end industrial design finish created a unique living space in the heart of London.
This two-stage works included the construction of a spacious kitchen extension with great natural lighting followed by extensive alteration and re-furbishment of the kitchen area, together with a new re-claimed driftwood style bathroom.
This project consisted of a major basement development (over 2,500 sq ft) adding a complete new basement floor to a large residential house. The project also involved: a major loft conversion, extensive structural remodelling, complete new services including underfloor heating, full finishing and decorative works. Addition of Cinema Room, Conservatory, Designer Kitchen, Moroccan-style bathroom.
This project consisted of a large basement construction to create a new two story ‘Granny Flat’ with bespoke balcony. The project also involved: extensive structural remodelling including new internal stairways; complete new services including underfloor heating; full finishing and decorative works. Addition of additional bathroom, office room and kitchen.
This unusual project in NW1 consisted of a new build of a substantial Pool House to an existing swimming pool. From initial drawings the design brief was to create a ‘Scandinavian’ feel to the project and to reflect the architecture of the pool enclosure. An additional bespoke ‘Garden Library’ was also required. Both buildings with full insulation and electric underfloor heating.
